  • When do you break sweat? (exert oneself physically)
  • Does your diet ensure more sustained (continuing for a time) energy throughout the day? the best foods for you?
  • Is a good-quality sleep critical (of greatest importance) to your energy levels? What makes a sleep of good quality?
  • Caffeine can help boost short-term mental performance and provide an energy spike (a very high amount), but it can decrease energy afterwards. What is your attitude to caffeinated /ˈkæf.ɪ.neɪ.tɪd/ drinks?
  • How do you address (deal with) stress levels? What positive coping (dealing with) behaviours do you know?
